  1. 1. Credits are denominated in USD. Refunds credit the originating API key minus a 5% platform fee.
  2. 2. Poll data is stored on SQLite with encrypted backups. You retain ownership of your poll content.
  3. 3. TON and USDC payments are final once confirmed on-chain and reflected in the payments ledger.
  4. 4. We provide uptime SLAs for enterprise plans only.
